How do I pay?
Cash, credit or debit card. The rate, the insurance excess and anything else chargeable are confirmed in writing before you sign.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, just tell us before the return date. Extending an existing rental is normally cheaper than starting a new booking.
What happens with tolls and traffic fines?
Toll gates and any fines are invoiced at cost after the rental ends, with no handling charge added by us.
Can I drive to another emirate?
Anywhere in the UAE, yes. For a trip to Oman let us know in advance so the paperwork and insurance can be arranged.
